Vacation Bible School 2017

 

GODEC's  Vacation Bible School 2017 was a successly fun! 

This year's theme was "Where can we go from God's presence?" and was based on the Biblical account of Jonah, God's running prophet. The teachers came dressed as their story characters.

Each lessons utilized fun and creative activities and games to help the students learn more about how God is everywhere at all times. 

The setting featured life-sized re-creations of sea animals, including an octopus, crabs, dolphins, turtles and a great fish, to bring to life the story of Jonah.  Each lesson emphasized the Scriptures that were chosen to demonstrate God's all consuming presence and His loving plan for our lives.
